DiffChecker is a free online difference tool that quickly and easily gives you the text differences between two blocks of text. Simply upload or paste the contents of two files and click 'Find Difference!'. This web app can also be a free app if you are using Google Chrome. Other similar sites are CompareMyDocs and CompareMyFiles. What I like about DiffChecker is that you can :

PrimaryPad
PrimaryPad is an excellent free tool for real-time collaboration on documents. It is an online synchronous editing tool in which anyone can access and edit the same document at the same time. This tool is so amazing that you can even click the 'slider' and be able to see how the document was revised through time.
